Mind map > Text-based storyboard > Visual storyboard > Prototype > Finalize

The course menu and flow were initially mapped out, followed by drafting the copy and designing the functionality in Storyline 360. Images were created using Storyset, Illustrator, and Photoshop, and then organized for placement. Gamification features, like mix-and-match, were added to boost learner confidence, while the assessment includes scenario-based questions, allowing learners to practice decision-making in a safe environment.
